Pricing
One currency. Every feature.
Plans differ on credits, seats, workspaces and how much you can run at once. They do not differ on what the product can do - there is no feature behind a tier anywhere in this system.

What a credit buys.
One currency for everything. No separate AI wallet, no per-feature token, and the same rates on every plan. Megapixels are of the final output, after scale.
| Operation | Credits |
|---|---|
| Raster image, up to 9 MP | 1 |
| Raster image, 9-25 MP | 2 |
| Raster image, 25-64 MP | 4 |
| Previews, dry runs, failed renders, AI drafting | 0 |
Those four are free forever, on every plan. If we could not produce your file, you were not charged - a failed render costs nothing and says why.
Rate limits, published.
Three independent buckets, the same on every plan. A batch is one request against the limit however many rows it carries, which is why batching is the fast path rather than a way to be throttled in bulk.
| Bucket | Per minute | Burst |
|---|---|---|
| sync | 60 | ×2 over 10s |
| async | 600 | ×2 over 10s |
| management | 1,200 | ×2 over 10s |
A 429 names the bucket, the limit and how long to wait, and both shipped clients honour Retry-After for you.
Running out
We do not stop your renders without your say-so.
A request is priced before it starts. If your balance cannot cover it, it is refused at submission and nothing is charged - which matters most for a batch, because five thousand rows that die at row 3,200 have already spent 3,200 credits and produced half a campaign nobody can use.
With a payment method on file you choose what hitting zero means: buy a pack and carry on, buy a pack up to a monthly cap you set, or stop. There are three answers rather than two, because "never stops" also means never stops spending.
